When you use our contact or booking form we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the tour you are interested in, your preferred date, number of guests and your message. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not collect data beyond what you actively submit and the standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP addresses in server logs, retained for security purposes).
We use your details solely to answer your enquiry, organize your excursion, send you a booking confirmation by email and contact you about your tour (including by WhatsApp if you provide your number). We never sell your data and we do not share it with third parties, except where strictly necessary to operate your tour (for example telling a boat skipper how many guests to expect).
Booking requests are stored securely on our web server (hosted by HostUp AB, Sweden, within the EU) and kept only as long as needed to manage your booking and our records, after which they are deleted. Confirmation emails are handled through our mail system at nosybeadventure.com.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary functionality (such as remembering your language choice through the page address) is used.
You may at any time request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Simply email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
